I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. It's only been open for a few months but I loved it. The main staff were so hospitable towards me. It really made me enjoy my first time solo tripping to Destin. I am definitely coming back.

We actually arrived into town a little early so I called to see if our room was ready and they said it would cost me $75 to check in early. That is completely ridiculous. Especially since she told me a room was ready. Needless to say I was very angry. I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else if the room wasn’t already paid in full. Thankfully the hotel and room were very clean and nice. Not sure if I will book at a Hyatt again though with that kind of early check in policy.
