Hospitality, location to amenities. great experience all around.
-
Beautiful hotel. Lobby, rooms, all gorgeous! Great location too! The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were awful. My neck hurt the next day. And the air conditioning fan is very loud.
-
Great hotel close to everything!
-
Beautiful property in a great location. One of our go-to’s. Only complaint is the room size. Had one room years ago (atrium view) that was larger, but the city view rooms that we prefer seem to be much smaller.

Well maintained in a good, central location. There was only one elevator in service. It was clear the second one had been out of service for a considerable time which is ridiculous for a hotel of its size. The valet parking was absurdly expensive.
-
Historic beautiful hotel. You have to be patient with the valet parking but considering is in the middle of the city it was ok.

Location is walkable to many theatres, sports, and restaurants. Felt very safe walking in the area. Super clean, staff very helpful, quiet room, great sleep quality, great details. Presley's is a great restaurant, great food and service. Car parking company app was not working when we left, 6 of us tried to use the app to pay including valet staff who were trying to be helpful. Was absolutely no fault of theirs. Frustrating.

Absolutely beautiful architecture. Like stepping back in time. Very friendly staff. Everything was clean and polished. I love how late the bar and restaurant are open.

Absolutely stunning property!!!

I liked how it felt very luxurious given the marble floors and the fixtures along with the decorating being quaint and charming. I loved the sense of history in the hotel rooms and how the building itself is so iconic. Given the location of the property, it is a little loud. We got a city view on a Saturday night and heard music and traffic and people till 3 AM. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival, no flowers Went down to the concierge’s desk to inquire Extremely rude Very unhelpful “ we tried to get white roses they were out” I simply asked you had all my information Couldn’t you have texted me? They basically said that that’s not their problem Tried to get in contact with guest services a few more times during the stay Missing amenities, etc. I don’t think they even answer the phones there Kind of felt like a three star hotel We won’t be back Thanks for nothing Eva at guest services And thanks a lot, young man in a suit At 4 PM on Saturday, July 25 At guest services Possibly one of the rudest hotel attendants I’ve ever crossed
