The hot tub was empty and out of service for repairs. The front desk area was in disarray, the carpets were old, smelly, and curling up in places, and both the hallways and my room had a persistent musty odor. There were also flies throughout the property. The biggest issue was the toilet in my room, which needed to be plunged every single time it was used. Rather than actually fixing the plumbing problem, the hotel simply left me a plunger to deal with it myself. It clearly needed to be properly serviced or snaked. Taken together, these were not isolated problems. The overall condition of the property gave me the impression that basic maintenance has simply not been a priority for some time. The hotel I experienced was very different from what is portrayed in the Expedia photos, and I would not stay here again unless the property undergoes significant maintenance and renovation.

Staff was helpful as they could be, they were under staffed so the my room (and other people I overheard) wasn't cleaned and stocked properly. And sad to say , my room had a cockroach problem, I saw three cockroaches in the bathroom in the morning when light was turned on, they scurried into the wall, and yes I know what cockroaches look like. though unusual for North Dakota , it is summer, and yes it was cockroaches. Shampoo only had one day in the container and I had to ask for a toilet paper roll (ours had maybe one use on it) from the front desk. bedding was dirty, staff gave me a wad of bedding since they don't have time or staffing to fold them. Phone in room stop working by the end of the first day of two days. I was offered another room, but was sure it would be no better since cockroaches don't just stay in one room. I only stayed two days, and that was two days too many. Again, the staff was nice, but still. Breakfast was cereal, scrabbled eggs and bacon , bagged bagels, yogurts, Folgers coffee and frozen orange juice (couldn't get it out of the container so no orange juice ). We will not be back, and that is that.

Room was dated but reasonably clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, definitely went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good.
-
Very outdated and poorly maintained. Limited basic amenities and absence of amenities that are listed on their property details. Lounge/bar was not open at all. Overpriced for the condition of this hotel.

Easy to get to. No elevator.

I was blown away with how kind and helpful everyone was! The king suite with the jacuzzi in the room was so amazing, everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

Through no fault of their own the hotel was in terrible shape. It is evident the economy in this area has definitely seen very hard times. The pictures on the website are definitely outdated. We only stayed because we had no other option. We had been driving too long and did not know area to find something else. Plus it was prepaid/no refund. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers and we had to sit on the bed because the upholstered chair was so filthy. I am not usually a complainer but ..,

Room was super hot. AC barely blew out air. It took hours for the room to cool off. I showed the front desk clerk and he minimized the issue and did not offer a solution. He said it’s cool. The tank leaked water out every time you flushed the toilet. The light bulb burnt out making it difficult to use the mirror. I will not stay here ever again.

Room was not clean but the air worked well. Breakfast in the morning was minimal and no coffee was made and no on helping. Hard to understand the front desk

The sheets are dirty, the rug smells. For $150 a night, this is the worst place I have even stayed.

Needs more plug ins that work. Quiet

The hottub was out of service, which I wasn't aware at time of booking. So disappointed.

N/A Parking Lot needs a lot of work, hit a pot hole, now need to get my tires fixed. Also, thought I had signed up for a suite but was put into another part of the building, did not notice even a fridge or microwave.

I absolutely loved that they have complimentary dinner and beverage. The pool was pretty cold.

Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel was very run down. My towel was threadbare/rotting. It was clean though, so used it anyway. Showerhead was not attached properly & was very low-just above my 5 ft 3 face. When we opened the fridge, there was a little be of something gross all along bottom seal. Bed linens were clean & fresh.

The food that was available was not up to expectations or not at all
