They do not provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. Hygiene products are important to the travelers. provide basics, I was not provided with Wi-Fi password, and when I walked back to the receptionist, I asked for a written pamphlet with information on which extension to call the service desk, Wi-Fi information, etc. The male uninterested staff with a little dog just handed me a business card with no internal telephone contact information on it. I didn't go back.

We reserved a queen bed and they gave us a full size bed fixed it after I said something. Rooms outdated, very bad smell. Unable to sleep as somebody in room above us fighting all night.

The hotel is old and dingy. Definitely needs upgrading. Can’t have a bath because there is no plug for the bathtub. The room hasn’t been cleaned properly for who knows how long! The pillows are the lumpiest I’ve ever seen. See above
