The staff . A special mention for Mr Rana , the front manager, very helpful in organizing a nice last minute guided tour in Old Dacca and the transfer from and to the airport. The all staff is very nice as well . The rooms are large and comfortable . The position is good , on the way to the airport but close the town and in a nice area, and the breakfast is good . Very good value for price.

The courtesy, manner and the hospitality of all the staff. Especially, Mr Raihan, the receptionist had an impeccable attitude towards our reception. He is a pleasant example of front of house. The room size and its amenities. Location and the assistance from everyone. The room was missing a mirror which can be annoying at a time when you get ready and go out somewhere.

Without doubt, this Hotel is exceptional. Their food, cleanliness, staff behaviour, greetings, assistance everything more than 5 ? . Last minute booking gave me a very reasonable price too. I enjoyed my stay here and I loved it very much. Very quiet zone and safe, secure location. Definitely will book again. Staff were amazing ?

Actually I have enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel's stuff and the people around there and also the beautiful cenario.i got cool sleep,best food,roof top relax view and best security. There's nothing which I don't like!!!
