I have nothing positive to say. Internet poor, noisy, dirty..... - I felt like staff was not speaking true at checkin. Then man came to room 5 minutes after I got in and demanded entry. I refused and he jammed a towel in the door crack. 10 minutes later, as I got into bed, phone rang and front desk said I must come and pay bill. I already had paid, so I said no. He said you must sign something to which I said I will sign in morning as I check out at 6. There was nothing to sign in morning.

Only staff ... the staff is great and very helpful ... Outside, first impression was like from some apocalyptic movies. Dirty dusty windows, pale colour on walls, dust everywhere. I could not open the window and got allergy from A/C as who knows when it was cleaned properly Reception was ok ... but the rest ... It says 4* but I would not give even permission for work. Huge disappointment

The staff ion the reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and accommodating and the same from the security staff. The room was not clean at all. Very poor facilities and equipment for a hotel that is 4*. This is not acceptable at all. The views from the window is facing other building nearby so not his to see. The road is close and lots of noise due to traffic. Most of things I didn't like is the restaurant; for a 4* the breakfast is very very very fair. The management of this hotel need to compare with other 3 and 4 stars hotel and invest in the cleaning and improvement. The only advantage the hotel has is that it is in an area theta is highly secured and a very committed staff doing their best.

The service and the food were quite good. The behaviour of the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is located in the most secured place in Dhaka which in Baridhara Diplomatic Zone. The service was exceptionally good compare to it's price. Also the quality anf the quantity of the breakfast was quite impressive. There is nothing I didn’t like.

The room was dirty , and the bed covers had stained, and even after asking to change, it seems to be used the same bed covers . Floor was noisy. Nothing looks like shown on the picture in Booking.com . Not even a 1 start hotel , 4 start hotel like The Royal Paradise cost half the amount with clean, big rooms , fresh amenities, Gym and swimming pools. It was my worst decision to go to this hotel, and it was worse to pay upfront before looking at the room first. I will recommend people to stay away from this doggy hotel .
