The service by the staff was much better than my expectations. They helped be with booking a tour guide and providing car and driver during my brief stay in Dhaka.

The location in Gulshan-1 is very good with access to restaurants and easy transportation. It is close to the Gulshan and Banai lakes. The area is very walkable. I was there during Ramadan and the staff went out of their way to may me feel comfortable with meals and local guidance. Really nothing to note... Great staff, personal service!

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious and quiet, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

An exceptional hotel, with exceptional staff. Great rooms, extremely clean, beautiful facilities and anything you could wish for at the breakfast buffet. Location is also incredible. This is an expensive hotel; and room service / food was equally expensive. That being said, you certainly got the highest of quality for a hotel - so I still felt, overall, it was excellent value.

The staff Mr.Martin in the front desk was amazing.Since it was our 5th anniversary, he upgraded our room to suit.I really like this compliment and recommend everyone for it. They told me anything in the minibar is chargeable, I did not touch anything from the minibar,I got two nuts which was not in the minibar but it was outside the minibar. Still they charged me 20 dollars+ for two small nuts.This is the only thing I disliked about the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was awesome--a lot of options, probably one of the best I've seen in this part of the world. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The swimming pool location and views were great. The pool itself and surrounding area could be cleaner--the floor around the pool was dusty. When I was getting out there was a large white paper towel at the bottom of the pool. Glad I didn't see it before. Kinda gross.
