The place was very clean , with modern furnitures, and in a prime location. There werr no mosquitoes , we loved that. The hot water seems to have a schedule, at night the temperature was low while taking a shower. Not sure why.

Everything!!! This place is amazing and has everything you need. Comfy big room, a/c, professional and friendly staff, location and they made breakfast for me earlier since I had to leave for a tour that they helped me to find. Thank you so much!

It was not a hotel which is what I searched for on Booking Com, it was not an apartment either. It was a room with shared basic facilities but even the fridge was locked in another room. I left after one night, I hated it mostly because it wasn't what I expected. There was no signage, they said it was like aircraft bb or something. Not even a sign in the lift.

The shower is not segregated and after shower the whole floor of bathroom was wet. It is misleading that this is not a hotel but a few rooms in an apartment building

This place is brand new and absolutely spotless. The room really was as good as the photos. Everything worked as it should and the staff were friendly. Nothing.

Welcoming and professional staff - always happy to help with information. European standard rooms that are modern, comfortable and quiet allowing peaceful rest in Khulna. Excellent location within walking distance (13 minutes) of the main bus terminal. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast (juice, fruit, curries vegetables and paratha) and extra meals provided by the staff. The chicken chow mein is better than we've had in England! Overall a fab stay! Nothing at all!

Cleanliness,Room interior,Comfy bed, washroom fittings and of course hospitality by Mr Nayem No electric kettle provided.However there is one at the dining space and you need someone to open the door for you if you want to have a cuppa at 2 am in the morning.
