The room had a window, but it didn't offer any outside view. When opened, it looked directly into another empty room, which made the stay feel a bit uncomfortable.

On the negative side, if you book through apps or websites, the dollar rate shown there and what they actually charge isn’t the same. Though honestly, that’s more of an app issue they should adjust the rate according to Bangladesh. It’s not really the hotel’s fault. Food and water might feel a bit expensive, but that depends on personal preference and taste. Writing this review while sitting on the plane thanks, Crown Palace Residence!

They maintain a great level of cleanliness. And attention to details. This would be my go to hotel if I ever need one in the future.

Staffs are very humble and accommodating. Facilities are clean and everything felt homely as expected.

The room was just awesome neat & clean. All the amenities was there, there were also hot water & everything wad perfectly working, ms troya at the reception was totally professional. It Doesn't take much time or hassle to check in everything was so smooth. Recommended to you fellows! We actually got an upgrade from them that was the best thing.

The only positive side of my stay at Crown Palace Residence was the room service. The staff handling that part were polite and responded on time. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The AC was technically working but not functioning properly - there was no display, and the remote didn’t respond, so it ran on auto mode without any control. The washroom door handle was broken, and the charging sockets didn’t support EU pins, even though all the sockets were the same. At check-in, I had to wait a long time at the front desk as the staff were slow in processing their work. The manager then insisted I cancel my Booking.com reservation and book directly with them for a lower price. When I refused and pointed out that this is unethical, he started arguing and eventually charged me more than the rate shown on Booking.com. They used a conversion rate of 130 BDT per USD, even though the legal rate in Bangladesh was about 121 at the time. When I questioned this, the manager told me that they converted all the money into USD and sent it to another country, which honestly shocked me—it sounds like money laundering, which is illegal. As it was already night and I had nowhere else to go, I accepted the unfair rate and stayed. But the overall experience was insulting and uncomfortable. Even the breakfast was extremely limited—they didn’t even bother asking what I wanted or explain what was included. Based on this experience, I will not return to this property and do not recommend it to others.

Poor managment

Very good location to Dhaka airport, staff were very helpful and polite. Very attentative and friendly. Would definitely visit again and recommend friends and family. Apartment don't have much options for food and restaurant not big enough.

Close to the airport. Should be cleaner considering the price. I shared my run down room with cockroaches and mosquitos. Manager condescending.

The location was good, the room was clean and the environment was nice. The staff did not appear professional given the value. Their complimentary breakfast was served late.

The behaviour of the staffs were very good. The cleanliness was great. The room is bit tiny.

Breakfast was very poor. There were lots of mosquitos. USD exchange rate was much more than bank rate which must be informed to client before.

The price difference between what was shown in booking.com and their bill is 380 taka. They said it is booking.com's Commission and dollar rate is 130 taka. Not a major issue but the price should be consistent and same in booking.com and in the hotel for those who booked through booking.com. No floor mat in front of the washroom which is a must. They should keep one in every room. I asked for one. But they didn’t give one. Maybe they forgot.

We like the hotel environment Staff was very friendly specially the lady was in reception (forgot the name may be Troya) very polite, friendly and professional- made our stay more pleasant?Thank you very much. We have not good experience in the restaurant. The vegetable wasn’t cooked properly we did not eat but they charged!
