The staff were very friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. The room could have been better. I made a booking quite in advance through booking.com so I was expecting a good room. But unfortunately the room was a bit lower than I expected. Keeping in consideration the cost to stay here is very reasonable in that area so no complaints. The overall experience was good and worth the price.

This Hotel is situated in the heart of Dhaka Gulshan and Banani Area with quite neibourhood. Overall other service is OK but Wifi was very slow. We parked our Car underground private garage which was important for us.

“I recently stayed at The Enchanted in Banani for one night and it exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The location was great—close to restaurants and shops. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Special thanks to the housekeeping team who kept the room tidy . Breakfast had a good variety, especially the local parathas and curry. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.”

Absolutely nothing. Shadiest hotel I've been to. They tipped off a biker that we were unmarried and the biker followed us to our residence and threated us that he was CID. I did not like anything about the property told them to give me a good room but they have given me a very bad and uncomfortable room. The rooms are really old and dirty…The ambience of the room was not satisfying at all.
