The hotel is in a really good spot, very close to Shahjalal International Airport. The service was excellent too. I had one small issue, but a quick call to the front desk fixed it right away.

This place is perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep before catching a flight or train the next morning, it's really close to the airport. The service was good, especially from Farhan. There was a long line of guests waiting, but he went out of his way to help me find a room.

Cleanliness of the yikes

Nothing. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and distressing. The front desk staff behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He raised unnecessary questions regarding the identity of my partner, claiming that her face did not match her NID and even stating that the person in front of him and the NID holder were different individuals. Despite our cooperation and providing the original hard copy of her NID, he continued aggressively questioning us in a way that felt more like harassment than a standard verification process. I have never encountered such disrespectful and humiliating behavior before. Additionally, at around 12:00 AM, I called the restaurant to request additional mineral water (with payment), but they failed to provide it. As a result, we had to spend the entire night without drinking water, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for any hotel service standard. The location was also misleading. The hotel claims it is only 10 minutes from the airport, but in reality, it is located near Abdullahpur, which is considerably far from the airport area. The buffet breakfast served in the morning was average and did not meet expectations. Overall, it was a horrific and highly disappointing experience.

Affordable rates with excellent service. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.

When AC start then water fall from AC and those stuff irresponsible

Behavior of the stuffs The breakfast, this time we got very limited options whereas the experience of 1st time was satisfactory . It was our second time .

Quiet, peaceful environment with comfortable beds. Got a great night’s sleep every day.
