I booked a room at Mirabel Hotel Resort through Booking.com and received a confirmation email. However, upon arrival Day, the hotel did not provide me with a room, which ruined my entire travel experience. The staff was unhelpful and offered no alternative solutions. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dhulikhel.

The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was nice. The rooms were large and the patio was cool. The room didnt have the ac working. I called the reception jn the night but the guard said no one was available to check it.

My room at this resort was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in - not fancy, but very comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view and I spent a lot of time just sitting there with a book. Staff are lovely and helpful. There's only hot water in the mornings, which isn't ideal if you've just come back from a hike.
