Heritage Hotel

Nice place. Would stay here again. First hotel I went to that did not have a front desk person there on duty. When you arrive there is only a kiosk. Easy to use. There is a phone to use if there is a problem. The kiosk dispences your door key.

Best hotel of my three-week cross-country trip. The only thing wrong with this place was that the carpet was so plush and new that the room door wouldn't always close by itself. Great bed. Nice tub/shower. Comfortable couch and furniture. The gym has a universal and several aerobic machines. The pool was good. The lady that checked me in was incredibly helpful. Beautiful lobby.

We had a clean room & it was a nice room & the staff were nice & the hot tub was good too.

The property has recently been renovated. There was no person at the front desk, you had to check in on a kiosk. While that wasn’t hard, the problem arose when we had problems with our room and there was no one to contact. Our bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned throughout as there was still hair located on the floor and in the tub. The side table by the bed also hadn’t been cleaned as there was still sticky residue from a previous person’s beverage. Again with no person at the front desk, we had no way to get a different room.

We had no bath soap. When we asked for some, she ended up just bringing us a bottle of hand soap and said they didn’t have any bathtub on hand.

Unclean room

Minalist, but perfect. Very clean. Had everything we needed. No extras, like individual coffee maker in each room. You had to get it downstairs, but the cups were decent size and they were not the really cheap ones. The coffee machine was hooked up to a water line so you show not run out of coffee and have to ask for more to be made. No hot or continental breakfast either. Something we rarely use when we get a hotel.

The door to our room was very difficult to close. The comforter was filthy and stained with urine. There was never anyone at the desk when you needed them. The pool area was a pigsty. Towels were thrown in the pool or on the floor, as were dirty socks.

Attention to dirt along the baseboards in bathroom lacking. Killed two bugs. Stopper in sink was gone. No waste basket in bathroom. Appreciated plugins for devices.

Was clean and accessible.

We had so much fun in the pool; glad it was open later than other pools since we arrived later at night.

Good room, wonderful bed, great value, very hot July travel temperatures!

Pros: the hotel is clearly recently remodeled and looks great, rooms were relatively clean, sheets and blankets comfortable, shower hot and good water pressure great... Modern smart TV, fast wifi, USB charging ports in the rooms, larger than normal fridge, very clean and updated pool and hot tub, easy and quick check-out, not real noisy Cons: mattresses were firm and felt old, hot tub wasn't very hot, no plain coffee creamer, AC was not very cold and turned off well before reaching the set temperature, black hairs on the bathroom floor, staff we interacted with were not particularly friendly Also, some sites and reviewers say that there is breakfast here, but others say there is not. As of Aug 9, 2026, there is no breakfast.

Overall, our experience was terrible from the staff to the room itself and finally to the upkeep of the property. No one greeted us - just AI checkin. Trash was all over the property. The room was "clean", but on deeper inspection, the bathroom smelled like damp, moldy laundry. The shower curtain had mold on it. The toilet lid was broken and the toilet bowl was stained. And under the bathroom sink were uncleaned water stains. Do not stay here. We will never stay at another property owned by this NuVision Management. We strongly sugesst that you do not as well.
