The rooms were very clean & very comfortable. We were mostly there to sleep so do not use amenities. The breakfast is like most hotels, good!

The air from the air conditioner smelled musty and the carpets could use a deep clean. Bed was comfortable and location convenient.

Staff was friendly. Food was usually cold, shower leaked onto floor, staying 3 nights, clean towels were never provided, walls are very thin, next room was up all night, closing doors, bouncing a volleyball and talking loudly. (Why didn't I complain? In today's day and age, complaining may not be good for your health!!)

The queen beds were made with the sheets on sideways. A little more training is needed. The breakfast area was not large enough to seat everyone and the day Sherri was off, her replacement didn’t know how to handle the situation. Sherri opened up a meeting room to accommodate the overflow when she was on duty. I think the Mgr on Duty, Nicole, needs to provide better leadership and training.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Waffle maker not great shape, literally toast, yogurt, small egg omelettes and cheap breakfast sausage. No fruit, no oatmeal. Just very basic, but it was fine. Just lower ranked than a lot of other stays.

Pool was in disarray. TV did not work in the first room. The staff moved us to a different room after 45 minutes of trying to fix the TV. Then we were told that they have a problem with the cable bill. I made it clear that the other roomour Daughter was in had a working TV. Breakfast was a horrible mess of microwave items. I will never stay there again

this was a business trip, In at 11 pm out at 7 am, I had a queen bed, the room was small it was ok for a quick trip. The breakfast provided was ok. The coffee machine was average at best. The staff was nice at check in and check out.

No portico in front of the building for loading and unloading. We left and there was a downpour. The hot breakfast was marginal at Best.

Rooms are clean, staff was great! Parking spots are decent sizes and breakfast was good. Location is convenient and sunrises and sunsets can be found nearby.

The first night the bathtub wouldn’t drain. The next morning we told the person at the desk and when we got back that night the tub was still half full of water.

The carpet in our room was ripped and there was a hole in the wall. The hair dryer was full of hair and dust. The workout room had only one machine that worked. None of the plug ins worked. Water cooler didn’t work. The lady downstairs in the morning was very nice and helpful but the night guy was no help at all,
