Days Inn by Wyndham Dickinson TX

Compared to most of the reviews for cheaper hotels this one was the best I seen so we ended up booking for two day. I’m so glad we did because there was not one bug, the beds were clean and super comfortable. The room had great ac. The fridge had a bit of an old food smell but it did its job for our baby’s milk. The room was super spacious and they put us right by the pool so the kids loved that. Only thing is it’s very noisy.. you could hear everything outside including the fight that broke out at 1am right outside my door and woke the baby up. Also could hear everything upstairs as well. Over all we had a good time here & the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to accommodate us for towels and anything extra we needed I’m sure. Every staff I encountered was super friendly so that was very nice. I would recommend this for families with children for sure

The room was HORRIBLE... As soon as I walked in room 217 it smelt straight like an ashtray, the floors were dirty, the sheets on one bed were inside out & was dirty, there was a roach next to the bed that looked to have been stepped on & just left, there was a small pile of trash in front of the bathroom like it was left from attempting to sweep but the bag part was the flies eating from it, there was gum stuck on the counter next to the fridge, the TV had white whatever it was all on the bottom, the door frame had a ton of black mold, the outlet where the AC was plugged in was broken & missing an entire corner exposing the inside of the wall), the outlet the TV was plugged into was completely broken & just hanging on the cord... I have pictures of everything. The room they wanted to move us to 205 wasn't as bad but we just decided to leave.

Rooms were dirty and nasty roaches running in the room when i.opened the door..addicts walking around. Blood in the seat.beds were dirty.

Phone in room did not work

Just stay away from take the warning

instead of being helpful the clerk would only try to give me reasons why she would not honor my reservation and would not change it due to things she said were wrong. At 1am this is just unacceptable. Did not stay and would never stay there, next door to strip club and just looks like a very scuzzy no-tell Motel. I would be surprised if they don't charge by the hour.

Very clean outdoors. Floors needed a good mopping. Friendly staff. Advertised coffee pot in room. There was not one. Seating in room besides bed was minimal.

It was a graat hotel compared to others that I’ve stayed in in the area.

Nothing treat you like family.

Nothing really , I didn’t even stay 2hrs I checked in and literally checked out Everything especially the clerk. She was rude barely talked and when it was Time for me to sign. Didn’t say nothing until I said do I need to sign this.

The convince of getting to work The room had roaches I sat outside waiting be let in to purchase my room and had to do it outside Window clerk was rude

breakfast was ok, room was not the cleanest and sloppy work on the remodel the sleeper sofa could have been cleaner

You get what you pay for. Rooms were recently remodeled but all 3 of our rooms had dead cockroaches and ours had a couch that was still in the cardboard and plastic from its delivery. One of our rooms already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Front desk couldn’t explain why there was somebody already there. Would not stay there again but you live and learn!
