Friendly, helpful staff.... especially worth a mention is the way they handled a situation after we checked out:- I realized I had left my gold jewellery in our bedroom and we were on our way to catch the ferry to UK. I emailed them and they replied...offering to send them on to me with a shipping invoice... I am most grateful and wrote back to thank them. Room very cramped.

No elevator for where was our family duplex room.

Bright and cheerful relatively new facilities. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms if perhaps slightly small. Beds were comfortable. Room could have had a few more square feet to be comfortable for two people and their bags.

We got the family room, and to our surprise, the room had 2 floors with each floor its own bathroom. Nice and spacious and very nice for a family of 5. Clean and staff was always very nice and helpful.

Not a bad location, roughly a 30-minute walk from the town centre of Dinan. Ample free parking. A large supermarket and other shops nearby. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The room was small and it was quite noisy (not sound-proof) despite the fact that the hotel seemed rather empty, so we could hear doors banging and voices/televisions etc. Some staff members were pleasant, while other staff members were not overly helpful and a bit rude.

Great for an overnight stay in Dinan or before the St Malo ferry. Abundant free parking on-site 45 minute walk to town centre - uphill all the way back.
