Great atmosphere in the evening. Lovely view of rivers and bridges from bedroom and from street. Excellent breakfast outside in the street.

Good location, lots of restaurants nearby. 15 minute walk on the hill to the center. The staff was friendly.

We had to leave early and missed breakfast. They kindly let us take a couple of croissants to tied us over. The evening meal was very enjoyable and we loved Dinan Town and Dinan Port. Nothing of significance comes to mind.

Location Airflow could have been better for hot conditions.

Breakfast, location, the environmental awareness approach of the owners. Size of bedroom for a couple with a child.

Very old and quaint Very old, so low ceilings and steep stairs. But that was also part of the charm

Lovely place, lovely people. Food was outstanding. Nothing

Location was nice Arrival time confirmed by booking but hotel was seemingly closed on arrival and access was with an airbnb type key holder - very difficult to contact the owner but on eventual contact the owner refused to come to welcome us - we paid a hotel price for an airbnb service - not happy at all!!

It is a cozy place to stay. I liked the location by the river. There are restaurants nearby; unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try the Le Poisson Ivre restaurant, but it has a very nice atmosphere. I would love to go back :) The staff was very helpful.

the charm of the wonky floors and the view from the room even though the weather was dull, I've spent a few weekends in dinan 25yrs ago, great place for food and architecture the weather

Breakfast was good as were the staff at breakfast. Complicated trying to access the property as the hotel was closed. Booking.com gave a code but it didn’t fit any of the key boxes. I found a message eventually from the hotel indicating which box, and the code. They could do with putting some fluorescent tape on the ceiling of the stairs as I caught my head twice. Very steep stairs to negotiate in order to access the room. Expensive for what it is. Steep stairs for elderly people (unfortunately I fall into that bracket). No shutter on the window and the curtains didn’t quite meet so it was light in the room because of the street light. Why so mean with the sugar?

Had a bucket of delicious mussels at a restaurant just down the street. Large bed. Very clean. Nice decor. Had a small wardrobe that was handy. Room key was in the door. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast lady was efficient. Husband (5’ 11” tall), hit his head and shoulder a few times going up and down the very narrow and steep spiral stairs. I (5’ 2”) hit my head once. Parking spot was very difficult to find (Sunday). Parked illegally. Was able to move later in the evening to a legal spot. Restaurant was closed (September 22). Did not know this until after booking. No one was around until breakfast. Had to use key from key box to get into building. Bed was a bit sloped to one edge, felt like falling off.

We stayed in Dinan in the Old Port area, which we loved. Our room's window was facing the riverside, gorgeous view. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty. And as a bonus this place also has a restaurant, and it was a great find. We had the best oysters and best mussels ever. Strongly recommend. Our room was upstairs and the stairs were challenging for us, although this should be not a problem for young and strong people.

Very nice and quiet location by the river. Simple and clean hotel with stairs to reach your room. Very tasty breakfast by the river! A very nice stay. Unfortunately the douche siphon was blocked but they repair it immediately after our notice. Parking is quiet away but this is always the problem with the historical cities.

The very friendly welcome made us feel wanted, and the food was excellent, with no problem booking a table for the evening. Climbing the narrow stairs to our room gave us a good workout after a days driving. Parking outside was difficult - that clearly depends upon what time you arrive. We had to park several hundred metres along the road (a lough outside of the non-signposted pay zone) which was only a concern as we just missed the torrential rain storm and more rain was possible for the morning of our departure.

The location in Dinan Harbour was excellent. The proprietor was not present when we arrived, but the instructions to obtain our keys from the lock box were clear. The room had a comfortable bed and the view was lovely over the river The parking by the hotel is restricted on some days. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and access to the road, (route given by Google maps) was closed by a chain and metal fence. We had to take a 2 - 3 mile detour through the centre of Dinan to get near to the Hotel.
