Perfect location, the best dinner we have had for long, long time. Hard to imagine to find somewhere more hospitality than here! A bit busy road in front of the house but did not bother us?

Staying at this place turned out to be the worst travel experience I've ever had. Several incidents made me question the quality of this place, but I hesitated to judge the people unfairly. 1. It was shocking to discover that hot water was only available in the room upon request to a staff member. Unfortunately, hot water was often unavailable as the stuff leaves for the night. 2. There was no heating in the room when the outside temperature dropped to 4°C at night. Despite multiple requests to check the system, we were informed that the heating was broken. While promised a refund for enduring a cold night, the refund never happened. 3. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms. 4. On our last day, we discovered a large ants nest right next to our bed, which was particularly distressing for me due to my phobia. When I asked if we could move to another room, since most were unoccupied, the response was a simple "sorry no rooms for you" with no further assistance. 5. After we checked out we texted them about the promised refund. They simply ignored the message and never responded, which was extremely upsetting. Staying at this place unexpectedly brought numerous problems that greatly affected my holiday experience and ultimately spoiled the trip for me. Whether or not you choose to stay here is your decision, but I feel compelled to warn others about the potential issues they may encounter.

Good location but noisey road Noisey and we were not given our room which should have had a balcony

Nice terrace at the quiet backside of the house. Shower water temperature not stable. WC has not enough sucking power.

Great location very close to lake the beach and supermarkets with plenty restaurants and bars. It was the middle of August however, room was unbearably hot we barely slept over the course of two nights as there was just one small fan to help with this.

Close to the lake -The reception hours do not correspond with what they wrote on Booking.com -There was nobody to give us the key at arrival, the receptionist knocked our door at 23.30 and asked us to pay for our stay because the reception opens at 11.00 am the day after. ?Check out time is 10.00?? - The room was facing the main road and that made it impossible to sleep, many cars driving by. - In the room was really warm and only a small ventilator was provided.

One night stay -nothing to complian about-was super good and convenient. Food in the restaurant though deserves its own line - it was pure magic and lifetime experience!!! That i stayed there only one night so i couldnt eat there again.

The views stunning Clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay There was only a small fan and it was very hot . Hard to get cool overnight . The drinks facility was not stocked up and nowhere to cool drinks etc

noise most of the night

Location just in front of the lake, very clean. Very nice and friendly staff. The noise of the traffic from the road was a bit too much though it goth quieter after the midnight until early morning. The single beds were not super comfortable. The bathroom door needed some oil as was a bit noisy.

The location is stunning. Amazing view of Raetian Alps and the Northern shores of Lake Como! The view from the restaurant terrace is great! Only keep an eye when you cross the road to get to the lake.
