Very nice Cleaning Lady, zero Arrogance, compared to the others The Building is too old. If you don't like old, look for some other newer Hotels

Everything was soooo perfect. Very helpful Staff. Fully understanding. I wish they had a Fridge and some kind of AC, because it was 42 Degree Hot. Maybe they'll get them in the near future.

The staff were friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a good location, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The furniture is quite old and could use some renovation. There was also a noticeable damp/musty smell in the room, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. But for a short stay, it is okay.

Very nice location. A bit further from the hbf but accessible by u-bahn. Easy check-in/check-out process.
