Location, some staff members were friendly The room had a strong smell of dust, dirt and old furniture, made even worse by an overpowering chemical cleaning odor that irritated my allergies. The window frames and shower cabin had visible built-up dirt, the curtains were dirty (the bathroom curtain even had what appeared to be blood stains), and the wall next to the window was cracked.

It's always a pleasure to come back to a place where I'm not just a client but a renowned face . The staff is friendly and professional, ready and willing to help with the everyday things. Nothing.

The location that is all We were definitely not happy with the stuff. They tried to charge us everything for extra. When we asked for 2 single beds instead of double they wanted to charged us extra 75€. They charged extra for the 6th person while we booked 3 double beds. They wanted to charged extra for anything you can imagine. The bed in the double bedroom is for 1.5 people not for 2 btw A bottle of water is 7.5€ coffee 4.5€ There were no slippers in the bedroom. Besides all of that, i think the worst part is the attitude of the receptionist, i believe she was called Tina. Instead of offering solutions she literally put more effort to make everything more complicated and difficult. Passive aggressive approach. High and aggressive voice And not friendly at all. She had the chance to had a discussion with every each one of the people in the group Definitely not recommending thus place.
