staff were friendly, check in was quick, everywhere was clean and convenient although blurred, the glass door offered less privacy than preferred but that was only a very small issue that we overlooked

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The room was more than decent, comfortable and pleasant. I especially appreciated the red light in the bathroom — such a small detail, but a very nice touch! I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It’s a hotel conveniently located near the train station, with all the amenities you would expect from a good four-star hotel.

Situated in the centre of Dortmund. Lovely staff on reception and bar area. Rooms are clean good size and comfy beds. Excellent choice at breakfast which was a bonus. The bar was not open on a Sunday evening which we had not been informed about. Also the dining room was not open on any of the evenings we were there.
