I was disappointed to find that WiFi access was unavailable in the rooms, forcing all residents to use the reception area for internet access. For a stay that is otherwise so clean and budget-friendly, this is a significant service gap that needs to be addressed. Connectivity is a basic expectation that was unfortunately not met during my stay.

Someone pissed one night at the entrance of the hotel, another day there was a drunk man lying at the door. The room had a bad smell.

Location great. Staff was helpful, as well as letting me have early check-in. It was really basic room. Was hard to get bags upto level 4, lift only went to level 3. Shared bathroom facilities is not ideal.

Location very close to all amenities The fact that once you enter the reception you need to get out again for the room makes no sense.
