The location (next to Dortmund's Konzerthaus), the room was perfect and appropiate to what I needed. The staff was very kind.

The Wi-Fi was very weak and kept disconnecting, and the TV couldn't be used for streaming. I also couldn't access the terrace because the door was not open. On top of that, the cleanliness could be better. The room didn't feel very clean, and I noticed hair in the shower. Adding to the problems, there was a lot of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep.

great comfy room with nice view. Vey close to the central train station, but it has serious soundproofing, couldn't hear the trains at all.

Our room did not have air conditioning. With the window closed acceptable noise level. With window opened, traffic is loud

Three big rooms for 5 of us. Kitchen is big with lots of space. Close to train station, and we stored our luggage after checked out, which helped a lot. Loud music from the store on the street.

Perfect location, close to train station and bus to airport. Room size is decent but clean. Didnt have a chance to try breakfast.

Bed good, room clean and location about 5/10 minutes from the station. Pillows uncomfortable for me personally and the room can get quite hot.

The free wifi in my room is totally out of work. My room is at the end and corner of the hall way, only if I stand by the door and keep the door open I can get access to wifi with bad signal. Inside the room, such as on the bed or by the table there is totally no wifi signal.
