I was very satisfied with the hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything met my expectations. There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was outstanding.

At first I was confused by the fact that the hotel had changed the name, so I phoned the facility. Receptionist Vanessa was extraordinarily kind and she directed me where to go and what to do. Then she told me accurately how to use the elevator card and how to reach the room. Perhaps a light bulb on the very ceiling could be an idea for the future. It may be a nuisance for the renovators, but more lighting can help with reading or other activities.

The main advantage of this hotel is its central location, which makes it convenient for exploring the city. The room was uncomfortably hot, and since the windows couldn't be opened, it made the stay quite unpleasant. It was also very noisy outside at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is in is a rather dodgy area. The floor my room was on smelled of chemicals. The room itself was clean but run down. The bathroom needs refurbishing. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming - no cooked breakfast, cheap food.
