Room floor was very dusty. Not happy with the cleanliness

Maybe its just isolation case but we booked for 2 nights i was expecting that on the 2nd day our room will be cleaned and the coffe will be refill but it didnt happened..

Very good location, new, fancy but useless fancy style. When arriving, 3 staff were at the reception but i had to do the check-in online at a machine - while the staff was just looking. Pillow - disaster. Toilet / shower - with a translucid glass to the room. Sometimes you have to share the room with a colleague....

. High class hotel, where every detail is taken into accout, it has everything is needed. . Rooms are new, modern and fresh looking, interrior design is on a high level. Rooms are very spacious. . Location is exceptional, probably the best which could be possible. Just literally in front of the train station. Nothing

Location , breakfast No negative feedback

Bread was fresh and good selection of cheese. Nothing special or local was not served. The room was too occupied. ...I was also missing very tasty coffee.

Not sure, maybe more options for breakfast :-)

Location is perfect. Breakfast is ok My friend stayed in room # 143 and heater of the room was not operating properly. We warned hotel staff several times but nothing has changed at all.

the hotel is close to the train station and we had to catch a train next morning. It was super convinient my co-workers bathroom was dirty (toilet), in my room the TV would not work, I mentioned it before going for dinner and was promised someone will solve it. It never happen. My shower leaked into the bedroom (via the bedroom wall), when mentioning it to the staff they know already about it. I checked in at a terminal, there is no daily cleaning anymore. So I am wondering why it costs over 200 Euros a night for a bed.

I was looking for a room near the train station and this worked perfect. Nice modern room. One of the better ones of my trip. Nothing come to mind.

Nice location, very clean and spacious

The staff was very friendly. There was visible mold near the bathroom sink, along the sink-wall edge, which I find unacceptable. The drain did not work properly. There was also no privacy, as the wall between the bathroom and bedroom is transparent, and the curtain does not cover the whole wall. I found the stay very uncomfortable.

It is very nice hotel with new furniture and very clean rooms. Room cleanness, the staff.

It’s a great option in dortmund! Very clean, everyone is very polite and in a perfect spot! Everything was great!

Proximity to the train station and other modes of transport, plus close to the city center and Christmas markets. Wifi was fast. There was loud music going until really late - maybe 3 or 4 AM, and the windows weren't soundproofed well. Also, not a fan of the showers. The water gets everywhere because there is no door.

I really liked the hotel’s location — it’s right in the city center with easy access to everything. The staff at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The location is perfect and it’s very comfortable
