The location is perfect for visiting the city, close to the centre square and ideally positioned for rail travel. The hotel itself was clean comfortable and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I can think of anything that needs to be changed.

Located right beside Dortmund Main train station and directly beside German Football Museum. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable beds. There was a standing fan provided and this was came in very handy given the heat. Different food and coffee bars around the hotel. Was very quiet inside and outside so no issues with our stay. Nothing major.. a fridge in room is always a plus. Would suggest a bit more clarity on a deposit change 100euro.

The bed and pillow are so uncomfortable,especially the pillow,the room I booked there was only 1 pillow on a large bed.no aircondition the room was hot. I couldn’t use the fan in the room because of the noise that comes from the fan

Location. The hotel is very close to the Hbf. Friendly and helpful receptionist. The bathroom was quite dirty.
