Nice location and neighbourhood Not soon response if you are in some need

The room is simple but I stayed only one night as I attended an event close by. The stuff is helpful, they are replying to all enquiries in timely manner via email and are super helpful. I left my charger in the room, they found it and agreed to ship it to my home address.

Terrible liaison with bookings. Had to leave a room before the end of our stay and go into another room that was never made up. Poor service and communication by telephone and emails

Located in a pretty good spot in the city, close both to the Central Station and/or to the Westfalenhallen. Online check-in was smooth and quick, the room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was rich, fresh and good.

The location was good, we got there easily. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The self check-in and check-out worked well. The stairwell looks nice and clean...until you get to the rooms. The bathroom situation was terrible. There was no proper door, there were three sliding doors that provided almost no privacy, since your roommate could hear everything you were doing in the bathroom. Plus, you had to awkwardly slide the doors just to wash your hands. There are weird gaps between the sliding doors and the walls, so you'd be better off asking your roommate to wait outside. Also, the room looks kind of clean at first sight...until you turn on the lights. We had so many cobwebs in the bathroom and mold on the wall under the window. We wasted our money, I wish we stayed elsewhere.

The room had everything it promised, was backyard-facing, bed was comfortable. The hotel is easily reachable with public transport. Self check-in and self check-out worked great. Breakfast was pretty basic with nothing warm on offer. On some of the days, it was also very poorly restocked, further limiting the selection. On one instance there was nothing to drink and nothing to eat until a batch of pastry arrived, which to be honest did not improve that situation too much. Also, the shower was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom floor. So, wiping the floor dry every day in your hotel room.

Excellent location, reasonable price, easy access, clean. The major disadvantage is that the toilet is next to the bed, literally, separated only by a light sliding screen, witch is quite challenging if you share the room with another person. There is coffee maker in the room but you have to bring your own coffee:-( Would be good to know in advance.

Nothing in particular, an old renovated average hotel The property was offering free breakfast until 10:30. we went there at 10:10 and everything was closed, and no one was there. Someone appeared at 10:45 telling us we are to late. We called, and send messages without any response

Convinent position. Everything is in walking distance I was on 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Good central location, clean light rooms. Good support by checkin. Simple - no fridge etc but fitting to the budget

The room was at the basement and was very poor quality. If I knew, I would have never reserved.
