Perfect location. Helpful staff. Clean and modern room. We arrived 4 hours early and they let us to checkin without any problem. Definitely would stay again! The hotel parking pricing is bit odd. 3 euro for 1 hour and 25 euro for a day. And the space is not guaranteed. Let's say you park there for 9 hours and then need to drive somewhere. It would cost 27 euros and you may not be able to park again when you return cause the parking is small. You can't park on the street for more than 1 hour (and it's paid again) and it's bit challenging - it makes you to think deep your parking strategy.

excellent room. good breakfast personnel not so friendly - I asked for an upper floor room with a view 1 month in advance (during reservation process), at reception I was informed it is not possible, the excuse was hotel is full and cannot provide that - shower gel was almost empty, had to ask for refill - toilet paper role was almost finished, house keeping never bothered to move the full reserve from below to replace it

Great location for a short stay in Dortmund. Cenvenient, close to the train station, and the center. Great breakast and cosy atmosphere. Clean rooms, fresh sheets. All as expected. A pleasant stay. Recommended. Nothing negative really.

The rooms were a very nice size with a kitchenette. Very modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It was buffet style with hot and cold foods but an excellent assortment.

Everything was perfect! I had a very good stay at this hotel! The room was clean, the location was perfect — everything we needed was nearby, and the area felt very safe. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was perfect.

The room is not comfortable for sleeping, the AC is too loud, i had to turn it off, then i was almost suffocating, not the best night

The room was clean, large, with new and modern furniture, equipped with a mini kitchen. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The hotel is very well positioned, close to the city center, subway (U-bahn) and railway station. I have nothing to complain, everything was fine.
