Well-equipped, nice and clean room. Ideal for short stays. The breakfast was great! Various public transport options were nearby. The television did not turn on in the room.

There was no heating in the room but once you get into covers in bed was quite warm

Staff were very very friendly and so nice. The staff could not do more for us. The breakfast experience was unfortunately not as good as expected. That is to say, given the lovely staff and friendly atmosphere overall it was a shame that did not extend to breakfast. Did not think seeing breakfast staff woman standing out front smoking with friends very professional whilst we were eating. Not a good impression.

I got one of their apartments next to the hotel. It was newly renovated and had loads of space. The room was clean and the hotel staff are really friendly. The area around the hotel was also quite nice. All in all I had a great stay! The only thing that could be better would be if they supplied more of those small pouches of shower gel and shampoo in the room. Two per person would be great.

Super convenient for airport and Aplerbeck, about 20 minutes into town. Lady who checked me in was absolutely delightful. Room was good size and clean. The room was very cold and I couldn‘t find a way to turn on the heating. My own fault for not remembering to ask during reception hours. Otherwise all good.
