They are not clear about the parking information, they don't say only have capacity for 7 cars when you are doing the reservation. It may improve giving the complete information since the beginning so you can decide if you want to continue with the booking knowing that.

All the ladies working there are very friendly and helpful. The lady working at the front desk at night was very sweet. The noise from the other rooms, loud music from outside either there's a discothech or bar but the music was loud. The room didn't have toiletries. Not tv remote. The bed was really uncomfortable hard. The most disappointing is that I was able to make the reservation online but at the hotel they don't take credit card and they expect you to pay in cash with exact amount because they don't have exchange if you pay with higher denomination bills

Location was great, Staff was amazing !!! Monica at the front desk was so concerned about the wifi issue and did everything possible to help me out.. Food was also very delicious and the lady that prepared the food and served it was so nice and cordial. Wifi was terrible in my room, tried the roof top terrace and no luck.. Bed was too hard, and the toilet would not flush appropriately. but the staff was amazingly supportive and I felt the hotel did it's job for me for the price i paid.
