The hotel offers excellent value for the price and is in a convenient location for exploring Pereira and nearby attractions like the Cocora Valley. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and it worked well for a one-night stay. If you’re looking for an affordable place to spend the night before continuing your trip, it’s a good option. The hotel could benefit from some renovations and general maintenance. While everything was functional, the facilities show their age and would be much more enjoyable with some investment and updates. It’s comfortable for a short stay, but probably not the best choice for a longer vacation.

The nature surrounded the property The lack of service! It was minimum. When I got to the hotel there was no towels at the room. Neither enough pillows and I had to ask the reception to low down the music because they assigned me a 1 rst floor room

Nothing. Was the worse hotel I had spleep Room was dirty, they do not provide blankets, the towels were requested an never provided. The checking staff was rude. I requested a room in advance with a city view and they give me a room with not view at all. Curtains were damage.. so nasty and dirty. Elevator was dirty.

They don’t give you towels. I had to ask 4 times and they ignored me. The toilet was leaking water. We had a baby and they left us in the first floor where people were making noises all night.

One side of the hotel have a nature view, and the other has Dosquebradas in the horizon, we were not lucky to get the nature one but the balcony was still nice.

It has a good location but they did not hold our three rooms reservation, when we arrived at 8:30 pm after a long day drive, our rooms were given to someone else. After our rooms were given to someone else they suggested another hotel in a very unsecured part of town. We ended up looking at another hotel and going to bed very late. Horrible experience

The location and the views from the hotel is the only good thing, and they only thing that actually matches with the pictures from Booking. EVERYTHING!! Where to start, first the pictures on Booking are very far from the actual reality of how the place looks. I had book 2 room with 4 beds (3 twins and 1 full) when checking in I was told they don't have that room available but they can give me a room with 4 twins bed, no big deal ok. After almost 45 mins of checking in process, there was only one girl at the front desk @10pm and multiple people trying to check in and complaining about their rooms, when i was finally able to go my room I was shock by seen it didn't had AC, mini fridge like states on the description of the amenities of the room, no having mini fridge wasn't a big deal like no having AC, Pereira is very hot and humid and 4 people in a room without it can be a nightmare, I went to the front desk to ask why I was given a room with no AC the girl looked very confused since apparently they don't have AC, at this moment a guy also came to the front desk asking why we was given a room a single queen size bed when he booked a room with two bed since it was him, his wife and 2 kids, the girl told him there wasn't nothing else available and it wasn't nothing she can do about! I was offer 4 fans to make it for not having AC fine I will take it after a long international flight I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed, thank goodness I was staying there just for the night. When I went back to my room with 4 fans surprise there were only 2 working outlet's!!! Whatever we went to bed at this point it was almost midnight and I was been in the airport since 8am. The bed is super uncomfortable, hard and noisy. the WIFI is the rooms doesnt work just in the lobby. The breakfast is ok, small portions. When I was checking out FINALLY i was ask how my stay was, when I mention everything from above I was just told that they are the new administration and that booking unfortunately has the pictures from the old administration. That they don't have control over that.
