I booked a stay and the property manager would not honor my stay and charge my car. I have been trying to get my money back for the first night that she refused to let me check in. She said she didn’t have rooms available because I was already checked in and I had booked a different state that was not my fault and I want my money back. She refused to honor the reservation I had.

This thing was crazy whoa, I come to town 708 times yearly for conventions and company training. I made the mistake as a district manager by putting up 17 Employees\nFrom Georgia, South Carolina and Florida to this hotel\nUpon leaving one morning , i was never told about a designated trash area so by elevator there was a bunch of trash and a maintenance cart, so I put my trash along with the other trash that sat there for hours. I guess that was not the right place for the trash. So instead of keeping the trash where it was and allow me to retrieve it and throw it away in designated trash area, it was picked up and thrown in my room while I was away in Sierra land 4 hours. Down the street, I had money on the table that is now gone. But I know nobody seen it, I understand how that works. I travel 38 weeks a year for business well over 1670 different hotels. This, by far is the worst funny experience.I've never had

THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE!! I was in town working. I booked through Expedia on the same time when I found out I was staying more days. I booked the second reservation when I came in to pay for my second reservation though property manager wanted me to cancel my Expedia reservation and pay her $500 which was $200 more than my reservation she charged my card did not return my money would not on my reservation. She wanted me to go through the company and not Expedia. We went back-and-forth she refuse to return my money I asked for the number to corporate or email. She gave me the reservation number. The reservations told me she can refund my money. She said she doesn’t give refunds even though she charged me for the reservation she would not then when we went back-and-forth I started to call the police because she wouldn’t give me my money. I still had a day on the property. She told me that my day was up and I told her no, I didn’t. I had already paid for the full week when I came back to go check in my room that night my key didn’t work. She did it on purpose and claim she didn’t. I told her how is my key not working and she said she didn’t do it she don’t know. I must’ve disabled my key. I’ve been at the property for a week how would I disable my own key? I had to wait outside in the dark for her to come back to the place at 9 o’clock at night to make me another key. I will never never recommend this property while that property manager is there she would not give me

This is a place where the locals stay this is not a vacation /destination hotel . Office hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM and they are closed on Sundays. This is not a hospitality establishment but more and affordable place or locals that have no place else to live no amenities no housekeeping no maintenance establishment is dirty and the staff is rude.

I'd love my first room 135 it was upgraded it was clean and nice the room was really clean I had no issues with that room the walls were clean except for a few minor things but other than that it felt like home the bed was really comfortable and until it was flooded then some of my stuff got wet had to throw it away and we had to move The thing that upset me the most was when our room flooded we had to move to a different room and it was late well we had to move to another room which is 146 which I'm not happy with the room is dirty the floors look nasty the walls are dirty this room it just feels really nasty in here and something keeps biting me is just not very clean and the bed is small and hard I seen couple roaches I'm not happy I'm just very disappointed special when I took care of the other room and kept it clean I'm not happy with InTown suites right now

The hotel itself was great. It’s was really cozy and beautiful. The bed slept okay. I wish they had pillow top mattresses but hey. Rebecca the GM was awesome and sweet. She gave the best customer service a person could ask for. Four things: there was no way for me to wash because the washers were tore up. Then their washing machine tore up which made it hard to get fresh towels everyday. The ice machine tore up and never got fixed. Then I seen two roaches during my stay, the first night in the shower and in the kitchen on checkout day.

Management did agree to provide another room…which was much appreciated (and a better room). I got everything was resolved only to be confronted by security guard again because I went to a vending machine with no shoes. After some interactions, I was then asked to leave.

I was left alone. Had surgery and complained about the AC unit four days while I was in the hospital. The coldest day of the year and I had no heat. I tore two staples after moving to another room AFTER FOUR HOURS. Four days and you can’t fix an AC unit? And I get charged for this. I got kicked out because I called to complain too many times.
