You get what you pay for

I loved it clean and peaceful

Staff was nice but the property and room was Not very clean at all. The site they also advertised on that I booked from showed a VERY different picture. There was no nice clear pool to swim in as advertised it was more like a drained pool with trash in it.

The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator, as the motel 6 in Lakeland Florida charges extra for those in your room... I was a hotel manager in the central Florida area years ago, and always thought that when a customer pays for a room, even for 1 night, they pay for peace and relaxation... however, check out time is 11 am, housekeeping still knocked on my room door at 9:30 am, waking me up...very unacceptable...

Jennifer, the front desk staff was very helpful to me. I appreciate all that she has done and she deserves a bonus for her hard work. The room that I was in was a handicap room, which can use a shower chair in the shower for people who have mobility issues or disable people

Outside swimming pool advertised but obviously had not been filled in years. Weeds growing through it. Staff said only the front of the motel was safe due to unsavory people . Floor was sticky and everything was rusted. No ice. Just generally unclean

No WiFi when u call the front desk the older lady acts like she’s slow she don’t know what I’m talking about both days we stayed there was no WiFi so we had no tv nothing worked on the tv

Air conditioner was leaking in the 1st room AND 2nd room even after moving to a different room. Housekeeping was rude and did NOT ask about services ANY day during my stay unless I asked. Reported to management and they made sure I was provided for. ?TV nor refrigerator worked in first room and I lost what food was in it due to NOT cooling. SECOND room TV did not work for 2 almost 3 days of my week and a half stay. Management also fixed the issue for me on the 3rd day. 1) Cleanliness was GREAT and 2) ROOM was beautiful and sufficiently stocked for the initial check-in. 3) Management was extremely kind and helpful during whole stay.
