We have stayed at many hotels over the years. There is always a problem with our room - not clean, too hot/cold, noisy, bed not comfortable. We had none of these problems. Loved our stay.

The location was fantastic. The perfect rest stop for a trip to Florida. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind and made our stay welcoming. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back. No complaints. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

The room itself was lovely and quite roomy. The shower curtain was disgustingly. The elevators were filthy and the breakfast area was sloppy. There was syrup all over the top of the garbage cans…and even though I brought it to the girls attention…nothing was done about it. For a hotel newly built (2024)…it was very dirty…floors by elevators…elevators (floors and walls) I do t hold much hope for this hotel to be rated highly for very long.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. We felt like we were with family.

It smelled wonderful when you walked in the door and it was mostly clean and the beds were comfortable The elevators in the hallways could’ve used a little bit more attention when it came to cleaning

The property is very well maintained. As soon as you walk in, it smells so good! All of the staff we encountered were so friendly & helpful! The beds were a bit hard for our liking but not terrible by any means. Also, the first set of towels that were in our room were a bit musty like they were left wet too long before drying.

Not bad will stay again.
