Loved everything about this place! The food was excellent, the pool was amazing and the bedroom was lovely with super comfy beds. Highly recommend!

Ps: It is worth to get a bike and go to Annecy. Very nice bicycle lane. The only minus was that we got a very small room without a nice view. But we didn't pay much anyway.

Great place in a great location, very friendly staff Kettle would've been great to have in the room

Rooms are air conditioned, breakfast excellent and pool is nice. Beds were hard and my air conditioner smelled bad. The rooms were dated.

Comfortable, modern rooms with good facilities. Great breakfast buffet with restaurant terrace overlooking the surrounding hills, and reasonably close to lake Annecy. Kids and adults alike loved the swimming pool.

The room was on the smaller end, but comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

The reception is very confortable The sheets smelled of frying

Standard room was too small compared to the one level up. Had we known that it would have been helpful and we would gladly have paid extra for the nicer/bigger room. The lady at check in at first gave us the key for the bigger room and later exchanged it for a smaller room without explaining what happened. She should have explained what she was doing and not just quickly swapping the key with no explanation. That was not professional. She said she made a mistake but that is how we found out the other rooms were nicer. Having staff switch the room and not explaining why and being in a rush saying they had to take care of dinner guests… what about taking care of guests staying in your hotel. They were understaffed but that should not impact how they check us in.

The food was excellent and a very relaxed vibe in the dining room. The location was good. The room was spacious , but not ‘deluxe’. The bed was comfy, pillow’s lovely . The staff were friendly and helpful. The distant views of the mountains- amazing! No tea/coffee facilities, limited toiletries (hand soap and body wash were the same) , location near kitchen meant room was quite noisy at times. View from patio was poor - overlooking back of kitchen area with several large bins and metal fire escape stairs.

Location Size of room and bathroom. It was stated as a standard room. We found much too small and at 1st glance I thought we had only got a toilet and not a bathroom as it was small. We compared it to the Logis hotel we stayed at in Reims

The location is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the hotel has a pool & spa. The ambiance is very relaxt. Lunch and dinner is very wasteful and price/ quality good. The room via booking.com was a bit small, but good for one night. The breakfast costs EUR 14 pp, but was limited and not replenished well. Contrary to the lunch and dinner this was a bit disappointing.

Had a great room with nice Mountain Views. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, and sauna. The breakfast was very good. They provide loner bikes that I used every day. Can’t really think of anything.

The hotel's facilities are very extensive and well maintained, the pool was great! The breakfast was also without complaint. The same applies to the cleanliness in our room and public areas. The sanitary facilities were also very clean and worked perfectly. No noise disturbed our sleep in the evening. The standard room on the top floor was rather small, and the sloping roof meant that we had to train our mobility to reach and leave the left half of the bed. A bedside table for the right half of the bed was lacking, unfortunately - there was no space for it. A small kettle would also have been a nice touch - perhaps the theft rate was too high? Despite the good general hotel services, our room was not very inviting.
