Dirty. Sour milk at breakfast. Can’t believe it was a Ramada. Would not recommend

front desk was efficient and friendly.

Other than a free but extremely basic breakfast, and free parking, there were no other amenities that we were aware of.

It is an unpleasant experience. Me and little one need a stay for the night because our air conditioning broke down. I make a reservation via booking.com , payment went through successfully but the hotel reception refuse to let us in because the payment didn’t reach to the hotel. Which this is not my issue, it is something the hotel and booking.com should reconciliated. The receptionist urge me to cancel the booking and promise to match me with the price and have booking.com to refund me but that isn’t the case I was charged double. It cost a lot of inconvenience to me and that night if it isn’t too late and I would not do what I was told to do.

Limited options in breakfast. Only 6 banana servings each day. Toilet was not working at all. Called 4 times get fixed. It was stinky due to toilet jam.

Availability, price. Not the cleanest. Sheets were either dirty or stained, hand towel seemed to not be a fresh one as there was something still stuck on it, toilet seat was broken, floor was sticky and the freezer part of refrigerator seemed to not be working. Back exit near parking lot had guys at several times just hanging out. Door was thought to be locked but never was and upon calling the front desk I was informed it remains unlocked until midnight.. didn't feel really safe during the stay. I just needed a few hours to sleep before getting back on the road, so it served its purpose. Again room was rented just to get some rest for a few hours so there was no need to request a cleaner room or ask to have the toilet seat fixed.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The photos online showed a clean, well maintained room. The rooms are actually old and poorly kept. Very disappointing as the photos were so misleading.

Plenty of parking, clean lots, very nice lobby and wonderful friendly staff.

Carpet on the hallway needs shampoo just to have appealing

The entire property was extremely dirty. The room was filthy, the bed sheets were unwashed, and the floor was disgusting. To make matters worse, the bathroom towels had a terrible smell. I definitely do not recommend this plac

I showed up for my booking which I made 3days in advance traveled 10hrs and when I got to my room with my family the the bathroom toilet had feces in it with a ring around the toilet like it was there awhile the microwave was dirty I asked to change rooms then was given another dirty room even worse staines on top of the bed that was enough for me!!!! And making sure they didnt charge me for this room was a real hassle dont stay at this place it is not a good place
