TownePlace Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Draper

Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful with anything needed. Every area was kept very clean. Only issue we had was the construction being taken place in parking lot and area in front of hotel. We came out one morning to a hole being dug in lot behind our rental car and heavy machinery lifting concrete over top of rental, thankfully no damage! Also first night we arrived heavy rain occurred which actually flooded the lot with 2-3 feet of water in some areas, which limited parking spaces, the only reason the flooding occurred was again due to construction, water was not being properly drained…cannot help what Mother Nature brings our way but properly draining lot would of helped! But we were able to view a beautiful rainbow coming from the beautiful view of mountains, so it worked out we had to wait in car for water to reside. All in all it was a wonderful stay!!!

The staff were great at check in and very personable snd helpful! The room was comfy and both my husband & I had a great nights sleep. We loved the location and it was very quiet. We would stay there again!

Staff and breakfast were amazing. It has a pool and spa indoors. There are many snacks and food to purchase in lobby if needed.

The property, location, and room were excellent. The room was very spacious and included a suite style kitchenette. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The one area that could use a little more attention, would be the breakfast. The breakfast was very underwhelming and left you wanting more selections, a bit surprising considering all the other great things that were included. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The walls and floors are a little thin. We could hear all the footsteps above us and muted conversations in the rooms next to us.

Clean room , nice staff

Everything was perfect , the only thing is breakfast done at 9:00 am during the week and 9:30am weekend’s, too early

We were down for a softball tournament and Ava was super friendly and super awesome we loved her and the hotel was great!!!! Definitely recommend!!

The shower was frustrating. Because it only has a half door, it makes a huge mess in the bathroom. The room is a little cramped.

It's conveniently located near plenty of places to eat in walking distance and a grocery store right around the corner. The shower was frustrating.
