Would not let me cancel reservation

Tge hotel is new. Doesn’t have a pool but does have a workout room. Seems like tge hotel was made cheaply as you could hear not only next door neighbors but the floor above. Tge room didn’t gave any comfortable chairs they were all hard. Nice TV n big refrigerator. Overall was a good hotel for the cost.

Really nice stay.

Smell of marijuana in the hallways, the elevator and laundry room. No utensils for the kitchen.

LOCATION Nothing

The room was quiet even though the halls were laoud with people, its dog friendly with a nice yard to walk the dogs, new hotels everything was really nice and clean. The rooms were nice with a refrigerator, hot plate , a few dishes and a dishwasher, nice hotel would stay again

The rooms are clean, AC works VERY well lol. It is an extremely homey and pleasant place to stay. Only downside was how insanely expensive the laundry is. It doesnt take quarters and is 3.50-4 bucks a load. It says that it's complimentary but it is not. That was extremely frustrating but besides that it was a wonderful place to stay

Facility was very nice. It was very dog friendly and had a really nice doggy area with bags and garbage can which is such a plus. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. We were only there one night but with the kitchen amenities I would be very happy to stay several days there. Coffee maker in the lobby even did lattes!!

I wish I had gotten the young mans name running the front desk, but he was extremely helpful.

Clean place. Air conditioning worked great. Happy with the stay.

The room was clean. My only downsides were that the AC was SO loud at night and the blinds sucked so the room was super bright so I slept terribly.

My husband is a firefighter/paramedic so he has been on lots of crime scenes in hotels, he hates staying at them, but he’s been willing to stay here.

The room was fantastic. The price is phenomenal. The staff was extremely helpful.

Bad

Noisy stay. Large dog next to my room and people above me needed to walk around almost all night. Some noise from the nearby interstate as well. Overall a clean room.

Very clean room! Love how big the room was and that we were able to have a little kitchen with a fridge and table area to eat! We will definitely stay here again!

The noise

Check in was awful. A spelling error in our reservation(my error) made it so their automated kiosk refused to check us in.We had already stood at front desk for10 minutes w/NO ONE in sight.Rang bell,no response.The kiosk phone system was faulty, I could barely hear them,they could NOT hear me.I finally called phone # on a sign frtdesk to come check us in or we'll leave & expect refund. Girl was RUDE & snapped, "I'm on my way". It had been nearly 20 minutes. 2 other people left that were waiting when we arrived. NOT EVERYONE WANTS THINGS AUTOMATED, some of us want a human interaction.There is no coffee in room. Lobby has a machine but staff had not fully prepped the area w/stirrer & creamer.Told morning gentleman there was no creamer, he got out a large bag meant to refill the machine. There is a coffee shop in walking distance, advise to use that.
