False pictures, there is no link between pictures on booking and reality. Dirty, dark, old, expensive. They were polite, but the hotel needs to be destroyed and then build a new one. I didn't like anything in it. False pictures. False location. False name. I was searching for the hotel one hour (and we were so tired, and it was 2AM!) with my wife and little kid, from street to Street, bcuz the location on Google Maps is WRONG.

It is the worst and fake hotel shown here. There is no hotel as such. We have roamed around the location and the location is also very cheap. We have not stayed yet. They have deducted money. Fake place. Don't book and loose your money

Near in the main road A lot! 1. Firsttime went to the hotel with no attached bathroom. 2. No towels and tissue provided, we call the reception and they said they will provide in the morning but nothing came in the morning and said not available. 3. No amenities at all even a cup of water 4. The pinned location was not exactly showing in the website but the California hotel far from their hotel, and showing on the website it is an oyo but it is gulf star. Makes more confusing. It is good that I have scooter to explore the place. 5. After I paid the payments online they charged me 10aed more in the reception, they said the charges wasn’t included in the booking. Idunno if its true. 6. The AC was no remote control or thermostat. They took the remote from the other rooms and return it again. 7. Too dark in the hallways and the lights inside the room is blinking. 8. No appliances at all. 9. The room was not cleaned 10. No proper water supply and the sink is leaking Please, before approving this kind of hotel posting on the website make sure everything is checked by booking.com management regardless of the price they offered. This need more attention as the client expects more comfortable rest after a long day of work or travel.
