The staff is very friendly. Thank you shrikhan for early check in and late check out. Lexon the house keeping is very polite and clean. Hassan is always helpful Thank you for your help. Rate was increased!! Initially you got value for money! Now you can find better options, same area with the new rate.

This happened late at night, causing us significant stress and inconvenience. We had to travel to another hotel in the middle of the night, which was completely unacceptable after having a confirmed reservation. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the next day we were asked to leave a review for the original hotel, even though they refused to accommodate us. This was a very disappointing experience. A confirmed booking should be honored, or at the very least guests should be informed in advance if changes are necessary. I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor communication and lack of responsibility toward its guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Hotel. The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and made check‑in smooth and effortless. They were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was answering questions or offering local recommendations. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again. Place is very clean
