We liked the location as it was easy to go around for some shoppings and accessing transportation when intend to go a bit far from the Hotel. Location and safety

I'm very disappointed ? about breakfast. According to online booking you said breakfast is included but to my surprise at the hotel.you said no breakfast is included yet I paid for it Next time tell people the truth Why did you lie about breakfast. Yet it was not included

The staff is friendly. There is only one option for breakfast. However, the food was ok. Location is ok and close to public transport. The hotel is old and not very clean. Rooms are not very clean, and the bed is not very comfortable. The hotel is very noisy because of its surroundings. It is ok for a one-night stay.

A terrible stay and a filthy hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was infested with rodents and rats, the food was completely unsanitary, the bathroom was filthy, and the hotel staff were suspicious and dishones

Hard to find the entrance, need to use a hidden elevator to get to the lobby, noise out of fans outside the room

Terrible Experience!. I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. I decided to check out early, and both the hotel management and Booking.com assured me that I would be refunded for the remaining 6 days of my stay. Based on that assurance, I agreed to check out early—something I wouldn’t have done otherwise. However, after vacating the room, the hotel has now gone back on its word and is refusing to issue the refund. It feels like they misled me into leaving early just so they could rebook the room and earn double. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. The Hotel Management lied about the refund!.
