It's hard to call it a hotel but the bedroom, the environment of the hotel is like in the middle of the war but not the rest or refreshment. Dubai has so many unexpected very low class hotels. Like a hotel bathroom without hot water and washroom amenities without a hotel standard.

The hotel has a lot of fees apart from the booking fees total cost of the room was 123 but including the hotel charge's for cleaning services fee hotel service tax and so on the price went to 177 AED which is not comfortable The receptionist told me they can wait a max till 8.00 PM after that they won't be able to give a room to me hence i had to catch a taxi which made me pay 133 AED all because of this new system that i had to follow The passage is not clean There are no water bottles in the room There is only 1 towel Even of booked the room for 2 people The tissue box was half full I requested for king size bed i was given a twin bed Receptionist does not know fluent English and talk in either malayalam or Hindi The cleaners don't how to talk when visitors approaching them

Once I arrived at the hotel they told me that they were fully booked and there was no room for me which was shocking. I had to leave and look for another hotel despite that I told them I had a confirmation from the booking website but they have told me that they are not dealing with booking and I have to be there to book and pay directly if there are available slots
