Huge thanks to Tina & Queen at the reception of Arabian Ranches Golf Club for making my stay so lovely! As an Arabian Ranches resident escaping renovation noise nearby, this stay was a lifesaver — and these two made it even better with their super costumer service skills, and amazing hospitality. Truly the dream team at reception!? The property is well maintained, clean, and has a spacious layout. A small upgrade to some of the furniture and a bit more sound insulation would make the experience even greater.

The proximity to Arabian Ranches and Springs is great for anyone visiting family. The beds were very comfortable but the key is the staff at this place specifically Isabel from Kenya. Thank you for taking such good care of us. You can see it’s dated in the pictures so just know that but it is clean.

Location Our room number was 111. The noise from the restaurant below made it impossible to sleep until their closing time and early wake up when the restaurant opened. For the money this was not acceptable

Location is very nice for me, I like to stay in calming arabian ranches during my business trips and have some relaxing time after dynamic rhythm of Dubai. The facilities are a bit dated. Although very clean and welcoming. My disappointment during the second visit was mainly due to issues with the door lock, which caused significant inconvenience — I couldn’t get into my room more than once, once at night - which caused lack of sleep before the important day. It was very uncomfortable to keep going back and forth to the reception. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem during my three-day stay. Overall, I was ready to forgive even this inconvenience, as felt quite comfortable in this place, but the company’s rigidity and bureaucratic attitude in 2025 — along with their internal policies that prevented us from finding a fair compromise regarding compensation — were very disappointing. I no longer feel any desire to return.

Location was perfect Rooms are getting dated and old looking. Furniture in bad repair. Mix matched pillows. Linens are clean and nice. Tile floor grout in bathroom, very poor condition, looks dirty. Needs updating. Elevator not working the entire 2 weeks we were there. Restaurant, very good! The best service we received was from Patience, in the restaurant. Always friendly and helpful! Very professional and kind. Your entire waitstaff should follow her lead. The key to the hospitality business is making people feel welcome. Patience, knows how to do that. ??
