I have stayed only one night at this property out of the 4 nights. Tried to get a refund but they are not flexible about the policies. Staff was not very good in handling clients.

Great stay, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Good food options onsite with a relaxing pool! With its car, it was a good location to get around to the major landmarks.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The hotel seems to be dated and not well-maintained. The AC was a problem and no matter how much they tried to fix it they couldn’t. It was not cooling the room enough at all.

- given that it is in an area busy with media companies, the design of the hotel is amazing, all the details were thought through, just being in the reception area is entertaining - the staff are generally nice and welcoming - check-in is speedy - the location is quiet - plenty of parking spaces - I wouldnt recommend this hotel for small families planning to stay in one room. If you are staying with a baby/toddler: the bathroom, shower, and sink are not separated properly from the rest of the room. If your baby is sleeping, they will hear all of the noise coming the toilet/shower, and be disturbed by the lights as well. The rooms are also very small. - The corridors are really dark. - The sink in the bathroom is not convenient at all, half of it is blocked by the design of the bathroom, therefore you cannot wash your face without getting water all over your clothes.

Studio One is on the outskirts of Dubai but the perfect location for our needs. The room was compact but clean with fun decor. The shower was excellent with good pressure, plenty of hot water & nice toiletries. We also enjoyed the small but well curated breakfast in Larte Café/Restaurant, particularly the hot food offerings which were a little different to those offered in other hotels & delicious. Staff were all professional, friendly & helpful. The hotel also benefits from having an excellent choice of additional restaurants on site. Super value for money. The rooms are on the compact side but super value so can't really complain!! Rooms overlooking the pool area can be affected by noise from the bars/restaurants but we found it fine and they don't stay open too late.
