We stayed at connecting rooms with the kids. Excellent rooms with comfortable bedding and nice ambiance. Excellent breakfast. Expensive place considering the hotel is located way outside the main Dubai attractions

Excellent customer service from Reception (Idam) and Housekeeping (Manoj). Hotel location, ambience, breakfast, everything was on point. The views from two balconies of the one bedroom suite made it almost seem like we had panoramic views of the environment. Really beautiful. There was an option to watch the World Cup from the large screens at the sports bar. Did I mention the pillows felt like you should never take your head of them, and the still water - where did they get those from? Little things that made it a great stay. Nothing

The room had a significant issue with insects, which negatively impacted my stay. Additionally, the reception staff were unable to assist with adding the stay points to my Radisson Rewards account, stating that the reservation had been made through a third-party platform. Furthermore, I had a late flight and repeatedly requested a late check-out; however, the request was not accommodated. The staff informed me that late check-out was not offered at all and appeared unwilling to explore any possible alternatives or assist further.

attentive, welcoming staff like Smriti in Reception , Pratush Nath in dining, Aditya & Angel in Peru-Japanese rooftop restaurant are exceptional value-addition to Radisson Damac hills Electrical Charging pins are too close to Table as it could damage charging plug of Laptop

The area , very calm and there is shop near to it. From the front dest to the room service Dhan & supervisor Anthony did a good job. Hotel is great and for sure i will come back with my family again The only point i highlighted to the front desk if they can put some silver spoons and knives in the apartment. Even though the receptionist did a good job asking the room service and even given us the ones they have on spot.

Shortage of staff. No one answer the call if you need anything, no housekeeping after 4 pm, receptionist never answer the call. I went to the reception 3 times in one night to get towels because no one answered.

Pool - great, clean and maintained. Checkout was initially 6:00 PM (subject to availability) but changed to 1:00 PM due to full occupancy. Not an issue, but earlier notice would help, as the kids were a bit sad to leave earlier than expected.

Lovely hotel with wonderful views. New tidy rooms. Tasty breakfast. Everyone is trying to help and listens ? Nothing Mb weather ?

Breakfast was good but not excellent as advertised. Swimming pool is very small and they let people in with their pajamas! It should be swim suit only.
