Accommodating staff most especially to Hana in reception, Rogelio in breakfast staff, securities afternoon and night shifts, and housekeeping Mui or Mya sorry i forgot her name. The curtains in the room must be changed, 2 single couch bit big and the outlets must have usb connection same as other hotels both near to 2 bed side tables and near the desk/table.

location gym wasn't open at 7am.Rooms were not clean. The hotel was empty and they managed to always have a next door nabour, this is convenient for cleaning but not for the guests, as it gets noisy.

They did not provide water in the room on the first day. The toilet were smelling bad. Rooms smell. I took the room with the balcony , so it was a smoking room. Even the corridor were smelling with tobacco. The rooms are suffocating.

* There was no soap available in the bathrooms for either handwashing or showering. * The landline phone in the room was not working at all. * Since the phone was not working, we had to go downstairs ourselves to collect our delivery. * At the front desk, the night shift officer behaved in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. He shouted at me during our interaction. * Fortunately, the security officer was present and intervened to calm the situation and ensure my safety. * According to the staff, the aggressive individual was the night shift manager. He was not wearing a name badge, so I was unable to identify him. I expect better customer service and professionalism from the hotel staff. I hope this matter is investigated and appropriate action is taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. The rooms were cleaned and they HK guy stuff were very kind and respectful

The location was good, the room was spacious, it had a nice view, and the bathroom was large. The bathroom was not clean at all. We were asked to pay a 500 dirham deposit before entering the room, which felt unreasonable for a hotel. No one offered to help us with our luggage. The breakfast buffet was very limited and disappointing.

Staff were nice and helpful ! Good location. Not clean. Initially, I had to change my room and they honoured me the room, but even that when they came to make the room, they left the garbage bin open and the plastic on the floor and I just didn’t feel like it was clean and the hotel was very old and the room was smelly and the balcony doors would not lock so I didn’t feel safe!

I loved the housekeeping staff, very kind and helpful. Especially Mr. Rupesh very sweet and humble guy.

Very Disappointing Stay – Wouldn't Recommend Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The customer service was seriously lacking—calls to the front desk were often disconnected mid-conversation, and getting basic bathroom essentials felt like pulling teeth. Even after letting them know the bathroom was completely empty, I had to call separately for every single item, and it still took ages for anything to arrive. Trying to reach reception during the night or early morning? Forget it. No one answered the phone at all. Breakfast was another letdown. If you’re expecting a nice buffet, you’ll be disappointed. Instead, you’re handed a simple A4 sheet with about 5 or 6 limited options, and that’s all you can choose from. Sure, the service was fairly quick, but the food itself was bland and very basic. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The variety was very poor—possibly the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel. Additionally, the staff were unprofessional and not even wearing uniforms, which gives a bad impression and lacks basic hospitality standards. This experience was far below expectations The swimming pool was quite small and poorly managed. There was no visible control or supervision from the lifeguard. Additionally, a group of bachelors were openly drinking beer by the pool, which is against the rules and made the environment uncomfortable for families
