It safe, clean and relaxing. Hair dryer in the bathroom. It is small and smells like burning when using. It took me 30-40 minutes to dry my hair.

I booked for 1 night,deluxe room with breakfast. 1 day before our check -in, I already confirmed our reservation and they told me that anytime we can come for check-in. The next day,when we arrived around 10:30pm, they told us that they will transfer us to city vista hotel because some issues with water leak on the floor and it was started in the afternoon. One staff accompanied us to the other hotel. When we arrived,the room was small,so dirty with cockroaches on the table even in the cabinet for fridge and there was used towel with brown marks hanging inside the cabinet.The small center table was not clean with sauce when i wiped. The next morning when we asked in the reception for the breakfast,they told that we need to go back to ascot hotel because free breakfast for my reservation is not available there. Nobody informed us about that and they should have at least called us in the afternoon when they had maintenance issues so we can do some adjustments. It was so disappointing and disgusting. We were already tired expecting that we will have a nice room to sleep but all of these happened. Ending we checked out around 9am, without availing the free breakfast that we paid for because we need again to drive back to ascot hotel just to have our breakfast.What a very terrible experience. All.

I would like to thanks security guard Mr. Kasule was very helpful to me and he always give good advice. I also liked to thanks all receiption staff, they are so helpful to me.

We arrived bit early than check-In time but the reception staff Kshitij was very accommodating & helpful seeing us exhausted after long drive from Oman to Dubai with family he quickly arranged upgraded room for us which I never experienced earlier also he managed to send our luggage bags to our room, as our daughter was always asleep during thrit breakfast time while returning to our room receiption staff Nargees noticed our daughter didn't had breakfast she proactively intervened and arrange little snacks for my daughter delivered at our room. Such exceptional service by their staff members are highly appreciated. Location is in heart of Bur Dubai only the entrance to basement parking is far from the main entrance so need to drive further & park. Rooms & lobby is very neat & clean, breakfast is amazing with daily changes in dishes but they didn't allow to take some small bites to our room for our daughter. Their basement parking is far from main entrance & the breakfast is not in same building we need to walk all the way to next building M floor daily during breakfast timing.

Peoples are friendly Nothing is there to like, dirty rooms, cockroaches inside the room. It’s like a jail. Suffocation and bad smell.

This hotel is completely misleading and feels like a scam. The building shown online is not the same in reality. There is a bar inside that plays loud music all night, making it almost impossible to sleep. The rooms are extremely small, and nothing matches the photos advertised online. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel at all. Nothing. First of all isn’t hotel .
