Basic facilities available. Very poor internet. Breakfast not too good. The room is expensive for the facilities provided.

Loved comfortable bed, big room, variety of tasty self-service food and everyday freshly prepared orange juice and omelet at breakfast, everyday refiled bottled drinking water by cleaning staff, location, friendly staff willing to help guest, would come again. Noisy air condition in room, very loud speaking and talking on mobile India guest at breakfast.

Well furnished rooms and facilities Absence of Ramp at the steps leading to reception desk. People with Knee problems finds difficult to approach reception desk in either direction

The location of the Hotel is the best one. Very close to Metro Station, Meena Bazar and Gold Souq. Excellent Location. Rooms are comforatable and staff is also very couretous. Break fast wasnt that gri8. But ok.

Breakfast was great , however half of it was tailored for Asian palate leaving little for the rest that don’t enjoy Asian food.

Nice service, the staff are very hospitable and helpful. Especially the housekeeper who cleaned the room every day, very polite and professional ?? Comfortable, clean beds; facilities were replenished every day; a very good iron; good Wi-Fi. Everything was great. I already knew the location is not in the city center. The main thing was that it is not far from the airport and downtown — somewhere in the middle. But the streets around the hotel are one-way roads, so there were traffic jams, but the traffic jams everywhere that’s why it wasn’t a big deal
