The hotel is in poor condition and is clearly showing signs of wear and tear. The staff are not particularly professional, and the service is very average. The worst part, however, is the breakfast—it is extremely limited, poor in variety, and quite disappointing

Friendly and welcoming, excellent breakfast, large rooms, nice view. I appreciated especially Mr Isham, he gives good advice, and is a good listener.

Location was great. Diera was busy and vibrant. Great park and metro station was right there. View of the creek was awesome. Pool and workout areas were immaculate. Staff was lovely-I didn’t have much interaction with them but the little bit I did was excellent. My hallway smelled like cooked cabbage( and something much worse) for the first three days. It was pretty rank. And they had an air purifier on but that seemed to make it worse…I think someone was cooking something nasty in their room…at least it decreased the last day. And I didn’t smell it anywhere else nor in my room.

Need a work desk and chair. I had to do some work and had to sit on bar stools in kitchen. Nothing major. Late check out was not granted.

The staff were nice and trying to help The bed and mattress were not appropriately clean. There was slippers below the bed and most of the chairs and below beds were filthy. I don’t recommend the property for any body

Hospitality, I remember how they look after me when I early time they stored my luggage and they said take your time Toilet was not very good the water was coming out after bathing How ever it can solved There was traffic and the out side Hearing the sound of the cars

The receptionist Sayed kindly upgraded our hotel rooms to a bigger suite for our honeymoon. There were plenty of rooms, two washrooms, a kitchen, and a great view of the city skyline across the river. The breakfast was delicious and the staff there were kind. The hotel is on the older side. It took us several times to realize that there is a switch to turn on the water heater so that we can shower with hot water. Note that this hotel is not close to the city centre but that's ok for us as we enjoyed exploring old Dubai.

We never had break fast because we were told that our bookings didn’t come from them directly so we were all excluded from breakfast. Except for watermelon which was constantly served. The fact that in an attempt to make payment to them at the reception since they couldn’t confirm the payment on booking.com. We made double payments. Meaning that of the booking.com was successful and the one in the hotel was successful but the hotel till date has refused to refund our money. That act was demoralizing and killed the spirit of the birthday celebration we came for.

The room lighting could be enhanced for better comfort. Additionally, providing in-room slippers would be a welcome improvement.
