Everything was fine

Relatively low cost Very rude reception staff, rooms are not even two star standard. Single bed is smaller than queen size, not enough sized for two members. No guests are allowed, and rude attitude of entire crew. No option for car parking.

We booked a queen bed room , but we were given a twin bed room . And they told us the queen bed was not available but the hotel was empty , we did no see any other customers during our stay

Location is outstanding. Room is so spacious with a balcony facing the creek so amazing view. The whole hotel is very clean and room service is scheduled on a daily basis. Wifi works well. No parking available. You need to use the public parking facing the hotel , that is big but always very crowded. if you have luggage drop it first at the hotel , then go fetch your parking then walk to the hotel ( you don't want to walk 500 meters dragging your luggage).

Only view was nice and it's clean I booked 2 separated beds they gave us only one king bed room and said not thier problem and put on booking. Com

Riviera hotel overwhelmed us with its hospitality: from the very first moment we were heartily welcomed by Nazeem who supported us throughout the stay by offering any additional help and support we needed. We are very thankful to Nazeem - it was amazing to have a person we could always get help from. The hotel also met us with a nice welcome note card and fruits in our room - such a wonderful sign of welcome! We were also very happy with the restaurant services: breakfast was rich and diverse, for any preference and diet, and dinner was always delicious and promptly served by amazing waiters/hosts, especially Mahmood and Ahmed from Egypt. We are also very thankful to Executive Chef Ahmed Mahmoud Hefny. When we were leaving, we received warm and cordial support from front office, Durga Bhandari and nice complimentary gifts from Revenue and Sales Manager Wael Mostafa. Riviera hotel stood to us as an exceptional example of hospitality. In addition to presenting the unique culture of Dubai in its interiors, its beautiful views of the festive boats on the creek, and unique location near souks and Big Bus stop, all our time in the hotel was filled with the spirit of welcome. As a professor of School of Hospitality in Miami, I see the value in the highly professional and very warm and welcoming attitude of the wonderful people in Riviera hotel. I am going to exemplify this hotel to my students as a great example of hospitality and hope to come here again! N/a - everything was good.

The view from the balcony was excellent, the staff were friendly and the cleaning was very good.

The Location is perfect if you want to experience Old Dubai, Gold Souk, and other older parts of Dubai. very convenient and walkable to Gold Souk and other places, many Arabic restaurants nearby, plus you are directly in front of the Dubai Creek What I didn't like is the Process the hotel has, you make people wait for 3-4 hrs to check in, but when its time to check out and I requests an hour late check out 5 days prior, you tell me to ask the night staff, then night staff told me to ask day staff, this kept going until the last day, they say no because they are fully booked. This is my only complaint

Location good, rooms facing creek were good, breakfast good. Yhe bell boy Mohamed was very good Had to wait for the room until 4:15pm when the check in time was 2pm and when requested for a 1hour late chevk out yo compensate for time lost, it was denied.

Location is great, nearby many amenities within short distance. Breakfast was ok even though not many varieties but tasty. Room was wonderful as it was clean and view of the Abra crossing nearby Dubai Creek and quiet with great comfort. To go to the lobby, we need to carry our luggage as there was no staff outside the door. If there was someone outside, it would have been better.

They’re behavior and staff was really bad. And they need your marriage certificate for take a room and you couldn’t take a room as couple or for-example if you are girl and your friend is a boy you can not take room

Excellent and warm staff Location

The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from metro stations, stores, restaurants, the Creek promenade, and the charm of Old Dubai. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, and their warmth truly elevates the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. Breakfast was a delight every morning, offering a generous variety of delicious dishes and beverages to suit every taste. We stayed for a week, and on the day of our wedding anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to surprise us with an unforgettable gesture: our room was beautifully decorated with flowers and heart figurines, a lovely anniversary cake, cocktails, a fresh fruit platter, and even a handwritten card signed by the entire team — followed by a personal call from the front desk to wish us a happy anniversary. We were genuinely moved and amazed by their thoughtfulness. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff and management team — your kindness made our stay truly special. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to return every time we visit Dubai. Thank you!
